Workflow

Scribe lines to identify areas where steel needs to be glued;

Chisel off the stucco layer on the concrete surface and drill, descale and polish the steel;

Cleaning: blow out the floating dust on the surface with compressed air and clean it with acetone;

Batching: weigh and mix in the drum according to the weight ratio of A:B=2:1;

Apply structural adhesive: mix the above adhesive, evenly over the concrete surface or steel surface, and shall not be mixed with air bubbles;

Anchoring: attach the steel plate directly to the concrete surface coated with steel adhesive, remove the excess adhesive from the periphery and fix it with a steel frame;

Maintenance: after fixing, carry out maintenance at room temperature for not less than 24 hours.


Caveat

The construction environment is ventilated and dry, and the concrete surface is clean and free of oil.

Wear gloves, masks, goggles, helmets and other protective equipment during construction.

If it accidentally gets on the skin or clothes, it can be cleaned with industrial alcohol and plenty of water.

If accidentally consumed or splashed into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
