Construction Process
Drilling: Use the impact drill to drill the anchor hole with the required diameter and depth.
Cleaning: Blow out the floating dust in the hole with compressed air, and then use brush to clean it several times.
Dosing: Firstly, stir the AB component well in the package and mix evenly according to 3:1.
Glue injection: the adjusted adhesive from the bottom of the hole gradually outward into the hole, filling amount of 2/3 of the depth of the hole, adjusted glue should be used up in the operation period, such as the ambient temperature is higher than the room temperature is appropriate to shorten the operating time, lower than the room temperature is appropriate to extend.
Anchoring: rotate the treated steel bar to implant in the hole and fix it. Remove the excess glue from the hole.
Caveat
The construction environment is ventilated and dry, and the concrete surface is clean and free of oil.
Wear gloves, masks, goggles, helmets and other protective equipment during construction.
If it accidentally gets on the skin or clothes, use industrial alcohol and a lot of water to rinse.
If inadvertently consumed or splashed into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
