Scope of Application

Concrete components wet outsourcing steel plate reinforcement, bridges and other components external large-area steel plate grouting adhesive steel reinforcement.
Concrete cracks ( 1-5mm), internal defects (honeycomb, holes) grouting repair.
Secondary grouting of foundation bolts and equipment base plates.

Workflow

Concrete surface preparation - steel plate fixing with venting holes - edge sealing - adhesive dispensing - grouting - curing - inspection

Drilling holes in steel plates and concrete
Drill holes for fixing bolts on the steel plate, generally 6-7 bolts per square setting, and drill holes for fixing bolts at the corresponding positions in the concrete;

Surface treatment
Steel plate put to death concrete paste surface should be carefully surface treatment, steel plate for rust removal, grinding treatment; concrete bonding surface grinding treatment;

Fixed steel plate
Hang the steel plate on the bolt, tighten the nut, in order to control the thickness of the adhesive layer, can be stuffed around each bolt hole with a certain thickness of gasket;

Leave air venting holes
Insert a hose as an air vent every 0.5 metres around the perimeter of the grouted adhesive surface, and only set air vents at the top edge when installing inclined or vertical steel plates;


Caveat

Wear gloves, masks, goggles, helmets and other protective equipment during construction.
If accidentally get on skin or clothes, use alcohol and plenty of water to rinse.
If accidentally consumed or splashed into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
