Product Detail

The cross-patterned widened carbon plate adopts a cross-layering and widening process of carbon fiber bundles. The fiber bundles are arranged alternately at angles of 0°/90° or ±45°, and the coverage area of the fiber bundles is expanded. The product features bidirectional high strength, fatigue resistance and high rigidity, overcoming the anisotropic weakness of traditional unidirectional carbon plates.


The risk of interlayer delamination is low and it can effectively disperse stress. Its density is only 1/4 to 1/5 of that of steel, but its strength can reach 5 to 10 times that of steel, achieving a balance between lightweight and structural strength. It is applicable to fields such as aerospace, automotive industry, and sports equipment. The layup Angle can be customized to meet the requirements of complex curved surface structures.
