Product Detail

M40 carbon plates are produced through a series of meticulous processes including continuous fiber weaving, high – pressure prepreg lamination, and precision thermal treatment.

M40 carbon plates outperform M30 in both modulus and high – temperature stability. They maintain over 98% of their modulus at 250°C and offer significantly enhanced fatigue resistance thanks to their advanced fiber alignment and matrix composition.

These plates are perfect for applications such as high – altitude aircraft wings, racing car suspension components, and robotic arm joints that require outstanding stiffness and long – term cycling durability.

FAQs

How does your company ensure batch consistency for its carbon fiber products?

We ensure performance consistency through three core measures:
Full process control: We handle the entire production process in-house, from raw fiber preparation to finished product shipment, eliminating supply chain fluctuations.
Intelligent monitoring: Our German-imported production lines are equipped with online quality inspection systems (porosity detection accuracy ±0.5%).
Dual verification: Each batch of products undergoes simultaneous testing by our internal laboratory (CNAS-certified) and third-party testing agencies (such as SGS).

Can you customize carbon fiber composite materials that can withstand high temperatures of 300°C?

Absolutely. We have successfully delivered customized solutions, including:
High-temperature type: Polyimide-based prepreg (long-term temperature resistance of 300°C)
Ultra-high-strength type: T1100-grade carbon fiber/epoxy composite material (tensile modulus of 320 GPa)
Special forms: 3D woven irregular parts, conductive modified fibers, etc.
(We recommend providing specific parameters; our materials engineers will provide a solution within 24 hours.)

Are there any actual aviation application cases? How can I obtain certification data?

We provide triple verification support:
Application evidence: A certain type of commercial aircraft vertical wing component (28% weight reduction, verified through 20,000 hours of flight testing)
Certification documents: AS9100D system documents/NADCAP inspection reports can be provided (after signing an NDA)
Sample testing: Standard samples are provided free of charge (shipping costs apply), and customer self-testing is supported.

Is carbon fiber more environmentally friendly than traditional materials?

Yes, our carbon fiber products have significant environmental advantages:
Cleaner production: solar power reduces energy consumption by 40%; innovative processes achieve zero wastewater discharge.
More energy efficient: lightweight design improves vehicle range by 6-8%; 50-year ultra-long service life reduces resource waste.
Recyclable: provides more than 85% material recycling services; developing a new generation of recycling technology.
